Tasks Resume
We are back at work, however, we are limited to the number of volunteers and MUST socially distance at all times as well as observing the other usual infection control protocols. Longer list at the bottom of the page. Because of the changing situation locally and nationally tasks are subject to change or cancellation at short notice. Prior to tasks we carry out a full risk assessment and obtain permission from our clients before continuing.

A new site for us, we’ll restoring a pond at paths at a community green space for the Hunger Hill Action Group.

Covid-19 Restrictions

People in high risk groups including the over 70’s, those with long term health issues i.e. cardiac and/or respiratory conditions, immune-suppressed illnesses, or any illness/condition were their ability to fight infection is compromised can not participate on tasks for the time being. Those who are able to join can only attend the work site via their own transport, if car sharing please wear face masks/coverings and sanitise before and after entering the vehicle. All attendees must bring their own food and drink, also their own gloves. Sanitiser or appropriate hand wipes are also advised. While on task volunteers are required to stay at least 2 metres from each other and not share tools.
