Because of the new lockdown rules that have come into force to combat the spread of the new variant on coronavirus we have decided to temporarily suspended all BCV tasks to protect our volunteers. Meetings, however can still take place by Zoom. These will be detailed below as and when. This has been done to protect out volunteers from harm. Take care and stay safe.
10/02/21 – Annual General ‘Meeting’
It is the time of year we have our AGM where officers present reports and officers are elected, but this year it’s a bit different. Jane is hosting a Zoom meeting for the event so contact Jane for an invite, or leave a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your an officer and can’t attend you can still write a report and submit it to the above address.
Please do not attend if displaying symptoms.
People in high risk groups including the over 70’s, those with long term health issues i.e. cardiac and/or respiratory conditions, immune-suppressed illnesses, or any illness/condition were their ability to fight infection is compromised can not participate on tasks for the time being. Those who are able to join can only attend the work site via their own transport, if car sharing please wear face masks/coverings and sanitise before and after entering the vehicle. All attendees must bring their own food and drink, also their own gloves. Sanitiser or appropriate hand wipes are also advised. While on task volunteers are required to stay at least 2 metres from each other and not share tools.
